Applications

The College is seeking a Boarding House Mother on a permanent, part-time basis (approximately 20hrs per week). Reporting to the Heads of Boarding, the Boarding House Mother plays a pivotal role in the daily lives of our boarding students. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure every boarder feels seen, heard, and valued 
• Oversee day-to-day boarding house operations and duty staff 
• Support students' health, safety, and overall well-being 
• Build strong connections with students and their families 
• Assist with the organisation and planning of boarder events
• Maintain a positive and well-ordered boarding house environment

Key Requirements: 

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Proven experience working with Children
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

You will need to provide your Working With Children Check clearance, your current First Aid Certificate and your Unrestricted Driver License. 

You will be required to support the Christian ethos of the College.
